This Puppy is guaranteed as follows:
*This
puppy is a purebred Rottweiler registerable with the American Kennel Club.
*This puppy is guaranteed
for 2 years(from date on guarantee), against Hip Dysplasia that will interfere with the puppy's ability to live a normal
life.
Should you find a problem with hip dysplasia, purchaser must show verification
from OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) for the Hip Dyslpasia . Buyer must send a copy of Certifications from OFA to
the Seller.
Should above mentioned defect occur, seller agrees to replace the puppy with a
puppy of the same sex and breed as soon as one is available.

bills.
Conditions of Sale:
*Full purchase price
is to be paid before puppy is shipped or obtained by purchaser. In the form of cash or postal money order.
*Purchaser agrees
to take good care of the puppy/dog providing adequate medical care including:
1. All vaccinations, including Rabies.
2. AKC registration.
3. Microchipping and registration ( in order to validate the HD guarantee)
*Purchaser also
agrees that the puppy/dog will live in their home and/or adequate outdoor kennel along with receiving adequate human interaction
and be included in activities essential to keeping the puppy properly socialized.
*Purchaser agrees
to not mistreat or not allow anyone else to mistreat the puppy/dog in any way.
*Purchaser/Owner agrees to release and hold harmless
Breeder and/or Seller, for any and all liability damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly, by the Rottweiler
to any person or animal, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal. Furthermore, Purchaser/Owner
assumes full Liability for any damages or injuries, whether physical, mental, emotional or economic caused by the Rottweiler
to any person or animal whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal, after receiving and acknowledging
delivery and possession of the Rottweiler on today's date ___________

to attend obedience classes by the age of 7 months so the puppy grows into a good canine citizen that represents the excellence
& soundness of the Rottweiler temperament and trainability. Buyers Initials ______
*If for some reason
the puppy/dog cannot be kept by the original purchaser for any reason the puppy/dog must be returned to breeder at purchaser's
expense, unless other arrangments are agreed upon by breeder/seller. Registration papers and health records must be signed

that the puppy/dog will NOT be used for breeding purposes unless the buyer has purchased the puppy/dog with full registration
and for that purpose. If you are buying said puppy with breeding rights the Registration papers will be opened once the
puppy has turned 2 years old and been OFA Certified & Eye CERF'd Clear. You must show proof(certificate's)

is null and void if:
1. Puppy is not spayed or nuetered by the age of 9 months and must send copy
of veterinarian's certificate of spay/nueter. (Unless purchased with full registration for the purpose of breeding)
2. Puppy is required to be kept on Nu-vet Plus Canine vitamins. This
nutritional supplement is only available through professional breeders and Veterinarian recommendation.
3. Puppy is required to be microchipped and registered by a licensed veterinarian.
